We, m.c Or-Shy Ltd (hereinafter: ‘the Company’ or ‘we’), are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and operate in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and Amendment 13 to the law. The purpose of this document is to explain what data is collected, how we use it, how we protect it, to whom it is transferred, and what your rights are.

This transfer is done in accordance with the law and through alternative transfer mechanisms, such as contractual clauses approved by the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, to ensure adequate data protection.

We implement organizational and technological measures in accordance with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Measures include:

– Restricted access to data for employees who need it.

– SSL encryption.

– Daily backups to maintain data integrity.

– Logging access to data.

Despite our efforts, absolute protection against breaches cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, we will comply with legal requirements regarding notification to the authority and affected individuals.

Data is retained for the duration necessary to provide the service and in accordance with legal requirements.

  1. Your Rights Under the Privacy Protection Law

In accordance with the law and Amendment 13, you have the following rights:

– Right of Access: Request to verify whether we hold data about you and to view it.

– Right of Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.

– Right of Erasure: Request deletion of your data, where permitted by law.

– Right to Object: Object to the use of your data for direct marketing.

– Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to data use at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing prior to withdrawal.

The company undertakes to respond as quickly as possible and no later than 14 business days.

We retain data for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, including handling inquiries, providing services, or complying with legal requirements. Afterwards, data will be deleted or anonymized.

– Contact form submissions: 5 years

– Browsing data: 12 months

– Marketing data: 12 months
